Ordering a production run and need to verify the first part before you commit? A First Article Inspection catches problems before they multiply — and before you've paid for a full batch of wrong parts.

We scan your first article and deliver a focused inspection report confirming your part meets the drawing before you sign off.

What's included:

• Structured-light scan at up to 0.05mm accuracy
• Comparison against your 2D drawing or 3D CAD model
• Pass/fail assessment on all nominated dimensions
• PDF report suitable for supplier sign-off or internal QC records
• Turnaround: 2–4 business days from part receipt

Pricing:

• Standard parts (up to 12" × 12" × 12", straightforward geometry): $200
• Complex parts or tight tolerance assemblies: up to $350 — contact us first and we'll quote before you order

Mail-in: Ship your part to us in Murfreesboro, TN.
